Update contains new EULA. Looks like Sony is going nuclear on Geohotz.

Unfortunately for Sony and other companies that use End User License
Agreements, they aren't legally binding in most jurisdictions. They
definitely don't fly in Europe where the consumer protection laws are
much stricter, and the majority of jurisdictions in the United States
unfortunately view video games as purchases rather than licenses.
